SUN PROTECTION RECOMMENDATIONS:
Avoid sunbathing between 12 noon and 4 pm.
Use the correct sunblock for your skin. Consult your doctor or pharmacist. Suntan lotions do not protect you from the sun.
Apply sunblock generously, half an hour before exposure.
Reapply every 2 hours. Do not forget to apply it behind the ears, nose and feet.
Wear suitable sunglasses, a hat or cap and lipstick.
Drink plenty of water to compensate for dehydration.
You should protect yourself exactly the same on cloudy days or under an umbrella.
In special cases (pregnant women, the elderly, etc.): take extra precautions.
If you take photosensitive medication, are allergic to the sun or have a large number of freckles, take extreme precautions and consult your doctor or pharmacist.
After exposure, rehydrate your skin with a lukewarm shower and treat it with specific products to prevent skin ageing.
Consult a doctor in case of erythema, puritus or blisters on the skin, vomiting or signs of dehydration.
See your dermatologist if you notice a new, non-healing lesion on your skin or if you notice changes in a mole you already had.
