SUN PROTECTION RECOMMENDATIONS:
- Avoid sunbathing between 12 noon and 4 pm.
- Use the correct sunblock for your skin. Consult your doctor or pharmacist. Suntan lotions do not protect you from the sun.
- Apply sunblock generously, half an hour before exposure.
- Reapply every 2 hours. Do not forget to apply it behind the ears, nose and feet.
- Wear suitable sunglasses, a hat or cap and lipstick.
- Drink plenty of water to compensate for dehydration.
- You should protect yourself exactly the same on cloudy days or under an umbrella.
- In special cases (pregnant women, the elderly, etc.): take extra precautions.
- If you take photosensitive medication, are allergic to the sun or have a large number of freckles, take extreme precautions and consult your doctor or pharmacist.
- After exposure, rehydrate your skin with a lukewarm shower and treat it with specific products to prevent skin ageing.
- Consult a doctor in case of erythema, puritus or blisters on the skin, vomiting or signs of dehydration.
- See your dermatologist if you notice a new, non-healing lesion on your skin or if you notice changes in a mole you already had.
